Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. The Service

EasyFin is a personal finance tool for tracking expenses, budgets, debts, and investments, including optional connections to financial institutions. EasyFin is not a bank, broker, or financial advisor, and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Figures shown are for informational purposes and may differ from your institution’s records.

3. Subscriptions & billing

The Service offers a free plan and a paid “Pro” plan billed monthly or annually. Pro includes a 14-day trial that requires a payment method and converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled per Paddle’s policies and applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• upload data you do not have the right to use.

5. Third-party connections

When you connect accounts via providers such as Plaid or Monobank, or pay via Paddle, your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyFin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for financial decisions you make based on information in the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
